Refund policy

RetaResearch Labs supplies temperature-sensitive biological research materials. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched, as product integrity cannot be guaranteed after leaving our controlled storage environment.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at retahealthuk@gmail.com with photographic evidence and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.
